Planetary gearbox checked and repaired as needed

If a prior owner did not properly maintain the gearbox, it will likely fail. Replacement of a gearbox generally costs $18,000 or more.

Clutch/PTO adjusted

Clutch/PTO is adjusted and replaced if necessary. Many clutches fail because the prior owner did not properly grease and adjust the clutch/PTO.

Outboard bearing inspected and replaced if necessary

This protects against failure in case the bearing was not properly greased and maintained by the prior owner.

Cutter head tuned up and cleaned

Spin-testing of the cutter head in the machine is performed for proper alignment.

Engine turbo inspected

If damage has occurred, the turbo will be repaired or replaced.

Engine cooling system tested and analyzed

Dynamic engine testing

Engine is run and tested to analyze all engine and control functions.
